1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• All original tags, labels, and accessories must remain attached.
• The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
• The return request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

Note: Any return request received after the 2-day return period may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Made-to-order products.
• Bulk or wholesale orders.
• Export or international orders.
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
• Products that have been altered, tailored, washed, ironed, or used.
• Products showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or damage caused by the customer.

3. Unboxing Requirement

To protect both customers and the company, customers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video when opening their package.

For claims involving:

• Damaged products
• Missing items
• Incorrect products

The company may request a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video as supporting evidence.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Unboxing video, if available

Upon verification, Kailash Handicrafts may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the product
• Exchange the product
• Offer store credit
• Process a refund

5. Return Approval Process

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval.

All returned products are subject to inspection after receipt. Kailash Handicrafts reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on product condition and compliance with this policy.

6. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
• Shipping charges, handling fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Exchange & Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Kailash Handicrafts may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.

Replacement requests may be approved for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged products received during transit
• Incorrect products shipped

Replacement approval remains subject to product verification and stock availability.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have entered processing, production, packaging, or dispatch stages.

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

• Customized orders
• Personalized orders
• Made-to-order products
• Orders already dispatched

9. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error by Kailash Handicrafts, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service when returning products.
• Kailash Handicrafts is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

10. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

All wholesale, commercial, reseller, and bulk orders are generally considered final sales.

• Any issues regarding bulk orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Resolution of such claims shall be determined solely after inspection and verification.

11. Fraud Prevention

Kailash Handicrafts reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or replacements in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud
• False claims
• Return abuse
• Repeated unreasonable requests
• Evidence of product use

The company may take appropriate legal action in cases of fraudulent activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Kailash Handicrafts be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.

The maximum liability of Kailash Handicrafts shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

Kailash Handicrafts reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
